Keith Smith
Coach Smith is excited and grateful for the opportunity to come to Pine Tree. A Louisiana native that went to college at ULM and has been fortunate enough to coach at some of the best programs in Louisiana and Texas including: Neville and West Ouachita in Louisiana; and Malakoff, Austin Westwood, Austin Westlake, Longview, and Waco Robinson in Texas Coach Smith also has his own basketball camps and has directed these camps in Maui Hawaii for 8 years . Because of outstanding student athletes and assistant coaches, Smith has been able to win 585 games as a varsity coach with a 72% winning percentage. Coach Smith has made the playoffs 27 of 31 years as a head coach including 5 regional tournaments and a state tournament final. Coach is excited to be helping with volleyball and basketball with the Pine Tree Pirates. |
